Hello and welcome to And Chips. I'm MissEnota from Minnesota. MissEnota is a silly name I chose for online activities years ago but seems practical now as I have a rather popular first name in the sewing world. (It's Kristin.)
I might be a little late to the party but I really want to participate in the Sew, Mama, Sew! Giveaway Day and I realized the only sure way to be involved in a winning drawing would be to hold one of my own so here goes:
I'm offering a little stick horse of your choice. Choose Yellow, Red, Blue, or pick a custom color combo and I'll whip one up. These are made by me with clean, new and vintage fabric, notions and new stuffing. They each have a hanging loop and would make great Christmas tree ornaments or just little do dads to hang around and cheer on your creative endeavors. I'll also throw in a small surprise inspired by your post or blog.
To win, (Edit: Entry period is now closed!) please comment on this post by answering the question: What advice do you have for a new sewing blogger? Please look around and let me know what you think about &Chips, the things I've made...anything that comes to mind. Thanks for stopping by and good luck!
Edit, Saturday May 26th:
And the winner is... comment number 16, Crafty Tokyo Mama who wrote:
"I find people really enjoy tutorials. They also like to see the process as well as the finished project. Well, at least, I do! Love your horses. I have the feeling if I won, she (because of course, it is a mare) would turn into a Christmas present for either my daughter or my niece. My niece (age 5) really loves horses."
